Refund policy

We have a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition, we will be happy to provide a replacement.

To request a replacement, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage visible. This helps us verify the issue and process the replacement request.
